Richard Glodowski and Elegant Ice New Jersey:

Richard Glodowski  is a culinary school trained chef, who stumbled upon the art of ice carving while working in local banquet kitchens. After carving a few sculptures Richard decided to pursue this craft further and start his own business selling ice sculptures.

Now Richard owns and operates Elegant Ice in New Jersey, and has done so for the last 16 years. Richard's passion for crafting the best ice sculptures in town has never subsided.
